Muffadal's mission is to leave people, places, and economies better than how he found them. He is a global problem solver with a diverse array of experiences ranging from corporate consulting to entrepreneurship to humanitarian aide. He currently serves as the leader of various social enterprises in the real estate development, hospitality, and craft chocolate spaces based in Nicaragua. Design thinking and design inspired by nature informs his approach to solve problems cross-functionally and realize synergies within organizations, resulting in greater impact and higher performing teams. Muffadal first discovered cacao and its enormous potential as a regenerative crop and product while exploring the Northern countryside. He is passionate about in-country production and deeply connecting to the roots of the cacao tree and where it comes from.
